BE YE THEREFORE PERFECT

"44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 so that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Even the tax collectors do the same, don’t they? 47 And if you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than anyone else? Even the pagans do that, don’t they? 48 Therefore be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” {Matthew 5:44-48, TPT: The Passion Translation}

Most of those of you who follow me know that I get little sleep. Always, in the wee hours of the morning, the LORD wakes me, and I immediately am fully and completely awake and listen for the Wisdom that comes in the Stillness of the New Day. I LOVE it still! I’ve been doing this ever since I can Remember! He is my ALL. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY ALL!

But like the rest of the world, I have been through hell here, too. And I was raised to keep silent about our lives -what we are living, or going through. Don’t ever ask of anyone for anything. Never borrow: it is akin to stealing, etc. I understand all that; and personally, I think most of these sayings are apropos.

Yet, today, people even insist that God did not give "The Ten Commandments", and so then, they are unnecessary. Well, personally, I believe He did. Whether we believe in a real Moses who wrote them down or not, those ten principles for the physical life of us while we dwell here were only the written form of what God has always been about: LOVE! They are incredibly simplistic in nature, yet cover virtually every conceivable action of the human genome! AMAZING that those ten, relatively little and unassuming, POINTS OF Wisdom could provide so much GUIDANCE!

And, here I am, being either stupid enough, or bold enough, to share with others what I consider to be VERRRY private matters about my home, yet I am bidden to do so! WHY?

Well, in such moments, all I can think of is Paul, who was killing every Christian he could get his hands on, yet was suddenly confronted with the fullness of the God Head, yielded his life, and went on to proclaim His Devotion to God, while still being able to say, "Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in [me first] Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting." {1 Timothy 1:16, KJV} And when I remember this, I realize he could speak of his past, because it was his past! The "cause" spoken of is about who we can truly become, once the Creator gets our full attention, specifically -when it finally dawns on us what the Christ did for us to receive this Gift of LIFE!!!

Paul had encountered the REAL way the Creator works, NOT the interpretation from man of how He works; and Paul was FULLY "A NEW CREATURE" as it is written! {2 Corinthians 5:17, KJV}

An explanation here, as brief as I can make it, for clarity: as the Scriptures keep being translated, and transliterated, again and again, words continue to be added that are meant to help, but actually change the very intent and structure of the sentences in which they are housed. No place does Paul say that he is "the chief(est) of sinners". He says only, "me first". Those words must combine with the whole. "Me first" denotes that Paul was the first human to receive the full Life that the Christ had spoken of, after Christ’s visit to the earth to show us how to have that Life! So the word, "first" comes from the Greek, "protos" {from which we get "prototype"*, or an "example" we can follow}; and protos translates to, "1.) first in time or place, and, a.) in any succession of things or persons". So we see that Paul’s life was the first to be extraordinarily and metaphysically changed by the Christ, and that how he lived his life was also a successor (imitator) of the Christ! And THIS IS HOW WE ARE ALL MEANT TO BE SO CHANGED! A change SO majestic, and SO transforming that for us to even look into a mirror, we will no longer see the "person" we once were... because we are NOT!

America is going through a wretched time right now, because of a fully opposite mind set. She really doesn’t believe in the ability of the change of the human condition into that of a transformed Spirit at all anymore! Yet, our forefathers did! For all their flaws of this current dilemma we seem to be in, the Republic our forefathers created is THE GREATEST ANY NATION HAS EVER FORMED!!!

Yet, what have we done over the past 60 to 80 years? I grant you that going to church does NOT make us Christ’s; but for most, to drop out was not in search for the deeper, but a total denial of anything related to the Spiritual. People quit believing at all!

Scripture Says to speak Blessings over your family, home and food. Yet we stuff ourselves with garbage, trash our homes with mountains of unneeded junk and teach our children little "harmless" rhymes like, "Cross my heart and hope to die. A thousand needles in my eye!"

• WHAT IS THAT???? YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO PRONOUNCE THEIR OWN DEATH?????

And I know that one -because we learned that one, too! YIKES! Isn’t it better to say, even -just over a sneeze, "Bless me" as a prayer for health? (I learned that one from my sister, Christina!) Until sometime in my twenties, I could be heard to frequently say, "Well Bless my soul!" when someone told me something that surprised me! How glorious is that?!

Jesus had a forty day fast with exposure to every temptation this human flesh can be hit with, and He overcame them all! And if you will note, if you go to read this passage, He overcame with His Word, and the understanding of the POWER of the Spoken Word, combined in Faith. {Matthew 4:1-11}

• When will we come to understand that WE TRULY ARE ALL ONE, both as humans, and as humans related to our Creator?

Why is it, when we say we desire health, that we spend hours watching antacid commercials, headache tripe, and the woes of bowel problems -rather than focusing on the HEALTH we have been given by our Creator? Do none of us realize how damning such garbage is to our already suspectable human mind?

I ask this because in all lands a people can be taken prisoner if enough garbage is leveled at them at all hours and in every media! Look at our present government!

• It’s bad enough the election was stolen; but now these same traitors are allowing massive streams of muggers, thugs and murderers into our nation and dispersing them throughout all of it. And they want us to pay them for coming in to destroy our country!
• They are once again pitting the races against one another, when it is they who are racists!
• This illegal government wants to keep LEGAL American’s sick (through brainwashing about flu seasons) and confiscate their children via even more vile and pornographic education!!!

Yet, had The People of our great nation known the Truth at least two years ago, NONE OF THIS SHOULD HAVE EVEN BEGUN TO TAKE PLACE!!!

WHY DID SO MANY NOT SEE WHAT WAS PLAYING OUT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR EYES?!

As the greatest nation EVER devised and put down in written documents, the United States is, and hopefully will return to and remain, the greatest nation on earth. Because, you see, Dear Ones, America was called to fulfill a mission: America was called to propagate the earth with the Glory of God! As a nation, though our states are individual little countries, as a whole, WE INHALE AND EXHALE AS ONE! This is how our Republic was brought into being! Our country, as a whole, from sea to sea, and border to border, is the womb for the heartbeat of our land! Can you imagine what we could do if we will come back to defend her, and to care for her, as she was meant to be Loved and Honoured?

In the Scriptures, we read of the prodigal son {Luke 15:11-31}. Imagine the son being the people of the United States. The prodigal (wayward) son has had a life of plenty. All the comfort of and abundance of life around him was accorded to him. He was so abundant and pampered that he became passive. Greedy for the trinkets only of the earth, he forgot the Passion of his Heavenly Father toward him, and walked away.

Just as America has walked away from her God and her country, I still believe, this country can be Resurrected and return to us, if we will Return to the Father, and make Him our first Love once more. And just like the illustration of the prodigal son, we must remember that -even before we begin to turn back toward our Daddy, HE IS ALREADY RACING TOWARD US! Are not our God, one another and our country WORTH such devotion and unselfishness?

In the photo above, that is a picture of a portion of our back yard; and the "tree" I took a photo of is actually a very old lilac "bush". We don’t know how old ... we’ve been here going on 15 years and it was here when we moved in. But the wondrous thing is, someone twisted 3 to 6 vines of it together when they were young, so that even though it is starting to disintegrate, and leans at a 75° angle now, it is still monstrously strong at the base! (It has a 4" base on it, and perhaps you can see how it intertwines!)

My point is, we don’t have to all agree. We don’t have to all be perfect right this moment in our earth suits: we just each need to be pressing in to become all we are meant to be. And, WE MUST BECOME FULLY INTERLOCKED IN OUR COMMON GOAL, BE IT TOWARD OUR CREATOR, ONE ANOTHER, OR FOR OUR COUNTRY! (Did you know that America was NEVER founded upon a two party system? That’s right! In fact, our forefathers warned against that -because such a plan could make the foundation become unstable!)

You say you don’t like church. That’s ok. Jesus didn’t either! He wanted Devotion, not demonstration! He wanted Right Living, not pious righteousness. And He wanted REAL Love, not the offerings of lust and vulgarity.

We are a part of Him!

We are a part of the God head!

Like the lilac bush in our backyard whose base is intertwined, we and our God can NOT be separated! We are inexplicably intertwined together for all Eternity!

I see Americans beginning to rise and demand what is rightfully theirs in this land once more. I have to believe that it is not too late to save this country. You don’t need to find, or attend, a "fancy-schmanshie" church of 20 or 30 thousand! You want to know God BEST? Find a room, where every day, you can go and drink of His Word. Pray. Place your requests before Him. Then be Silent. God will not compete with all the noise and crudeness of our world. He is Holy, after all. But, in the Silence, our God comes to fill the void in our hearts that He placed there and that was always just meant for Him. And, He comes to sit with us only when we are Silent because He not only wants our undivided attention, but desires to Give us His undivided Attention! {I used to go sit in a closet and shut the door. That was my Holy time.}

In Psalm 51:15-17, David wrote: "15 O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise. 16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering. 17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise." So let us Remember ... even before we call to Him, He will Answer!
